James Tan

VP of Technology at Futureproof

James Tan has a diverse work experience. James started their career as a Senior Architect at Authentidate in 2000 and worked their way up to become the Director of R&D, Architect, and eventually the Senior Director of R&D, Architect. During their time at Authentidate, they led the design and development of the Authentidate Telehealth solution, which was part of the Veterans Affairs TeleHealth Services. In 2015, they joined Comet Global Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In 2018, they moved to Merkle, where they worked as a Customer Solutions Architect. Currently, they are the VP of Technology at futureproofAI, a position they assumed in 2019.

James Tan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Rutgers University, starting in 2001 and completing it in 2006. James also obtained additional certifications, including a certification as a Certified Senior Pega Marketing Consultant from Pegasystems in July 2016, and a certification as a Pega Certified Senior System Architect from Pegasystems in June 2015.
