Nicholas Gent has a diverse work history that spans over a decade. Nicholas is currently working as the SVP - Decision Sciences at Blend360 since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO/Founder of futureproofAI starting from April 2019. Nicholas also served as the Senior Director - Marketing Platforms Architecture at Merkle from January 2018 to April 2019. Nicholas has experience working for Comet Global Consulting, a Merkle Company, where they held the role of Practice Lead - Intellectual Property - Applied Artificial Intelligence from August 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they worked as the CDH Lead Decision Architect for Comet Global Consulting at DIRECTV from May 2014 to August 2015, at Verizon Wireless from May 2012 to May 2014, and at Comcast from October 2011 to May 2012. Nicholas also worked as the CDM Account Manager for Comet Global Consulting at Elisa from November 2009 to October 2011, as the BA CDM Logic Developer at BSkyB from September 2009 to November 2009, and at O2 UK from July 2009 to September 2009.

Nicholas Gent obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University Business School, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In March 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) 74V1 from Pegasystems.
