Futures and Options
Lynn Thach currently serves as the Deputy Program Director at Futures and Options, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Lynn was the High School Education Director at South Bronx United from October 2020 to July 2023, where the focus was on utilizing soccer to enhance the lives of underserved youth through educational and character development initiatives. Lynn has also held the role of Interim Graduate Programs Manager at the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia, and served as Academic and College Coordinator for Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math Science at Boston University. Additionally, Lynn was a Residence Director at Suffolk University, overseeing operations for residence halls. Lynn holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah.

Futures and Options empowers New York City’s youth, particularly youth of color and students from historically underrepresented communities, to acquire transferable professional skills, pursue higher education, and successfully compete in a global 21st century economy. We collaborate with New York City employers to provide transformative career development opportunities to young people, enabling them to succeed in college and inspiring them to pursue meaningful careers.
