Previously, Paul was a Board Member at Pomona Capital and retired as the Chief Investment Officer for Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions at Voya Investment Management. With a background in finance and electrical engineering, Paul held various key positions, including Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan.
