The Futures Association began in 2020 as a Fall event dedicated to assisting undrafted college graduates in receiving Independent Baseball opportunities. Since then, we have provided career consulting for 50+ professional baseball players, ranging from College Graduates to Big Leaguers. The Futures Association believes that lessons learned through the attempted mastery of baseball promote elite physical, mental, and spiritual awareness.
