Janell Bartley

Janell Bartley, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership and operations roles. Janell is currently working as the Sr. Director of People, Culture & Operations at Futures Ignite, where they coordinate daily operational functions, streamlines management systems, and improves business efficiency. Janell also plays a key role in implementing DEI practices and principles into operations and leads organizational development efforts. Prior to this, Janell served as the Director of Operations at Stoked Mentoring Inc. and the Director of Strategy, Leadership Development, and Talent Acquisition at Educational Alliance. Janell has also held positions at United Activities Unlimited, Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, Girls Quest, and 1199 SEIU GREATER NEW YORK CHILD CARE FUND, where they gained experience in program coordination, operations management, and leadership development. Janell has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive organizational performance, enhance employee engagement, and implement operational improvements.

Janell Bartley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The City College of New York in 2005. Janell later pursued a Master's of Science in Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from New England College, completing their studies in 2015.
