Molly Delano

Molly Delano has a strong background in nonprofit organizations and leadership roles. molly has served as the Executive Director at Futures Ignite since 2018. In addition, Molly is an Advisory Committee Member for the Women's Leadership Council, where they contribute to empowering women and gender expansive individuals in their personal and professional lives. Previously, they were the Director of Government Initiatives and Special Projects at the Youth Development Institute, providing capacity building and creating resource materials for youth-serving organizations. Molly also held the position of Director of Community Partnerships at CUNY Hostos Community College, focusing on leveraging partnerships to support student success. molly has experience as a Board Member for Voices Unbroken and served as a Senior Project Leader for the Bronx Corridors project. Prior to these roles, Molly worked as a Consultant for various organizations, providing expertise in youth development, civic engagement, and program evaluation. molly also has experience as the Director of Human Rights Education at Global Kids.

Molly Delano holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Sarah Lawrence College. molly then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Policy Analysis from the School of Public Affairs, Baruch College. Additionally, Molly obtained multiple Master of Public Administration (MPA) degrees in Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis from the Baruch School of Public Affairs.
