Chris Grocock

Chris Grocock has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Chris started their career as an Economic Development Project Assistant at Bassetlaw District Council in 2003. Chris then worked as a Regeneration Project Officer at the London Borough of Lambeth from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they served as a Community Development Manager at Bovis Lend Lease from 2008 to 2010 and as a Partnership Project Officer at Durham County Council from 2010 to 2011. Chris then joined Nottingham City Council as a Principal Employment & Skills Officer from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they took on a secondment position as a Strategic Executive for Economic Development at the Rebalancing the Outer Estates Foundation. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Community Partnerships & Project Manager at Nottingham City Council. Chris continued their career at Futures Management Group, where they held various roles, including Nottingham Jobs Hub Manager, Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Head of Business Development (interim), and Head of Engagement & Partnerships, before currently serving as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, and program design.
