Jim Soda, MA, MA, LMHC, LPC, LAC, CMPC, serves as the Director of Sports Psychology for the Detroit Red Wings and holds the position of Sports Performance Coordinator/EAP and Mental Skills Coach for the Miami Marlins. As a Mental Performance Consultant for the Florida Panthers and the Executive Director at Invictus Performance, Jim focuses on enhancing athletic performance and addressing mental health and addiction challenges. Jim's extensive experience includes roles as the Orenda Athlete Program Coordinator and Program Director at Futures Recovery Healthcare, as well as consulting positions with the Washington Wizards and the National Basketball Referees Association. Jim's educational background includes two Master of Arts degrees in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and Sports and Performance Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a diploma in Radio and Television.
