Futures Through Choices Inc. is a not-for-profit agency providing programs and services for low-income and/or disadvantaged individuals with a focus on the developmentally disabled within Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Box Elder and Cache Counties. Futures Through Choices inc. was established in 1995 as an IRS approved 501 (c) (3) charitable not-for-profit corporation. Futures Through Choices inc. under its state approved Articles of Incorporation was established to provide services to low income and/or disadvantaged ( includes physical, mental, behavioral, or emotional disorders) individuals and groups.
