Sphri™ Anupama Joshi (Anu)

Anupama (Anu) Joshi, SPHRi™, has a diverse work history in the field of human resources. Most recently, they founded FutureSight in 2023 as a Founder Scout. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Nest Wealth in 2022 and as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at VTS from 2021 to 2022. Before that, Anu served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Accenture from 2021 to 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Radiant Digital from 2019 to 2020. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Head of HR at fisdom. During the period from 2015 to 2017, Anu worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Virtual Logic Systems Private Limited. Their earlier experience includes roles as HR Senior Analyst at Accenture from 2011 to 2015 and as HR Analyst at Northern Trust from 2009 to 2011.

Anupama (Anu) Joshi, SPHRi™, has a diverse education history that includes a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree, also from Bangalore University. Anupama (Anu) furthered their studies at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they achieved a Gold Medallist designation in Human Capital Management - HR. Anu has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning by obtaining various certifications. Anupama (Anu) earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2020. Additionally, they have completed certifications in Diversity Recruiting and Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn in January 2022. Anu is currently in progress of obtaining the CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
