Sunita Arora

Sunita Arora is a Learning Strategy Consultant and Fractional L&D Leader with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently, Sunita serves as the President of the Board for the Bay Area Executive Development Network and as an Executive Advisor at FutureSolve, where they provide support on leadership agility and effectiveness. Sunita has previously held significant roles, including Head of Manager Development at Levi Strauss & Co. and Director of Learning and Development at Oportun, and has collaborated with prestigious institutions such as MIT to create impactful learning programs. They hold a Master’s degree in Adult Learning & Leadership from Harvard University and a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
