Jaheb Barnett

Jaheb Barnett is an experienced professional in customer success and brand partnerships with a strong background in account management and promotions. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Futureverse since May 2023, Jaheb's previous roles include Brand Partnerships Manager at Altered State Machine and Partnerships Manager at DDB Aotearoa. With extensive experience at DDB New Zealand, Jaheb held positions as Group Account Director, Senior Account Director, and Account Director across multiple years. Additional experience includes an Account Director role at Special Group and a focus on customer experience as an International Airline Concierge at Air New Zealand.
