Nick Synodis

Nick Synodis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Experience Ready Assets for AI Game Platforms at Futureverse since June 2023. Prior to this role, Synodis was the Head of Product and Partnerships at Non-Fungible Labs, focusing on product strategy, portfolio management, and driving growth in the Open Metaverse. From June 2015 to February 2022, Synodis worked at W. L. Gore & Associates in various capacities, including Innovation Program Manager, where leadership of a cross-functional team supported innovation management in the Medical Products Division. Synodis also founded and managed Xathlon, an Academic Decathlon test prep resource, and co-founded Decademy, a successful test preparation company. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Quality, Reliability, and Statistical Engineering, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, all from Arizona State University.
