Peter Droogers

Peter Droogers serves as the Science Director at FutureWater since June 2002, overseeing various scientific initiatives. Prior to this role, Peter Droogers was involved as a Consultant at NBI from 2010 to 2012 and contributed to HiView, a company focused on providing high-resolution imagery data to professionals, from 2012 until January 2018. Peter Droogers began a research career at IWMI, working in Sri Lanka and Turkey between 1997 and 2002, and previously held research positions at Wageningen in the Netherlands from 1989 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Land and Water from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology and Water Resources Science from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
