Maya Kolaska is an experienced professional in customer and product management, currently serving as Customer & Product Lead at Futuria since March 2025. Prior to this role, Maya held various positions at Alchemmy, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, and worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence in several capacities, from Graduate Consultant to Principal Consultant. Early career experiences include roles as a Global Mobility Analyst at AXA, an English Language Assistant at the British Council, and internships with KPMG UK and Tesco PLC, where Maya focused on business analysis and process improvement. Maya holds an MSci in Natural Sciences with a focus on Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
