Juha Johansson

Juha Johansson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, design, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Renewal Consultant at Futurice since August 2025, Juha previously held roles at Impaktly as Lead Designer, focusing on social and environmental sustainability. Juha's career encompasses positions as Senior Service Designer and Lead Service Designer at Futurice and Motley Agency, respectively. A breadth of expertise in UX and service design is evident from work at Digitalist Group & Network and Linja. Juha has also contributed to academic projects as a Service Designer & Research Assistant at Aalto University.
