Bibhuti Ranjan (Chris G) has a diverse work experience in sales and business development. BIBHUTI started their career at Wockhardt as a Sales Promoter from March 2004 to February 2006. BIBHUTI then joined Futurism Technologies in November 2007 as a Sr. Business Development Executive, where they focused on cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals. In September 2009, they were promoted to the role of Business Development Manager, responsible for prospecting new clients and growing the network. From November 2012 to April 2015, they served as the Head of Business Development, managing a team of twenty lead generators and business development executives. Finally, in April 2015, they were appointed as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, leading innovative technologies and thought leadership initiatives.

Bibhuti Ranjan (Chris G) obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2009. Prior to this, they also earned an MBA degree in Marketing from the same university between 2006 and 2008. Their undergraduate studies were completed at Zila School Saharsa from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

In addition to their formal education, Bibhuti Ranjan (Chris G) obtained several certifications. In June 2014, they acquired the ATM (Appraisal Team Member) Certification for CMMI L3 from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. In February 2003, they attained a Higher National Diploma in Advanced Computing from Edexcel & Pearson UK. Furthermore, in March 2000, they received a Graduate Diploma in IT & Systems from Netvision - A Division of Digital Management Solutions.
