Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Futuro Health, comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Learning Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction and ensuring its mission is achieved. This team oversees the development and implementation of programs that address the healthcare worker shortage through education and skills training, manages financial resources to sustain and expand these initiatives, and strengthens partnerships with stakeholders to scale the impact both within California and beyond.
