Manny Khoshbin

Manny Khoshbin is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate. As the Founder of Contrarian Academy since March 2021, Manny assists residential investors in transitioning to commercial property investments through a specialized formula. As President and Chairman of The Khoshbin Company, Inc. since October 2005, Manny oversees a portfolio of over 600,000 square feet of income-producing real estate. Additionally, Manny has served as CEO of Fuzul since June 2015 and held leadership roles at Fidelity National Funding and Century West Financial from 1992 to 2008. Manny's educational background includes attendance at Westminster High School from 1986 to 1989.
