Emilia Liddell

Emilia Liddell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of the Talent Acquisition Function at F&W Networks since January 2023, Emilia has previously held significant roles at the LEGO Group and Pizza Hut Digital Ventures as Global Talent Acquisition lead. Prior to these positions, Emilia was responsible for UK Talent Acquisition and HR at Spring Fibre, directing resourcing strategies and employer branding for a startup. At Three UK, Emilia managed the Talent Acquisition function for broadband services, focusing on recruitment strategy and organizational design. Additional experience includes leading international talent acquisition for Endava and managing global technology recruitment at Executive Recruitment. Emilia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a BA in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources and Strategy from the University of East London.
