Mar Melero is an executive with over 30 years managing large businesses in retail, textile and fashion. She has achieved double-digit growth in EBIT and sales, co-created brands from scratch to international consolidation, and led complex, high-performance teams. Her specialization: business and commercial strategy, digital transformation and brand and product management as strategic assets.
