Angeline Tan

Angeline Tan is currently the Group Head of Operational Risk at FWD Insurance, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Angeline served as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for Business Management at Prudential plc from July 2020 to March 2025, where responsibilities included developing strategic directions, overseeing project completion, and managing risk governance. Angeline has extensive experience in operational risk management, having previously held positions such as Head of Business Quality and Head of Operational Risks at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, and Regional Head of Operational Risk at AXA. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in internal audit at CITIC – Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd in China, and enterprise risk services at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Angeline is a Chartered Accountant with qualifications from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the University of Otago.
