Karen Tan Kah Ean

Karen Tan Kah Ean is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Executive at FWD Insurance since January 2022, Karen previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at GREAT EASTERN, focusing on Group Finance and Balance Sheet Analytics. Karen's expertise encompasses financial performance measurement, capital management, asset liability management, and investment accounting. Prior to these roles, an internship at PwC Singapore provided insights into governance, risk, and controls, while earlier internships at KPMG and participation as a delegate at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations enhanced financial and entrepreneurial acumen. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and has completed corporate finance summer programmes at Peking University and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
