Kiat Huat Lee

Kiat Huat Lee is a seasoned professional in data protection and cyber security, currently serving as Senior Manager Data Protection at FWD Insurance since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kiat held significant positions at PETRONAS, including Head of Data Prevention, Regulatory & Availability Assurance, and Head of Data Classification and Protection, where focus was on establishing compliance with data standards and enhancing Data Loss Prevention capabilities. Kiat's extensive experience also includes numerous roles at Shell, spanning over 16 years in positions such as Senior Operate Landscape Manager and SAP Basis Engineer, along with earlier roles at HP and Star Cruises as an SAP Basis Consultant and Administrator, respectively. Kiat holds a Bachelor of Information Technology with a major in Business Computing Development from the University of Southern Queensland.
