Leo Lau

Leo Lau has held various roles throughout their work experience. Leo started their career as a Management Trainee at HSBC in 2008, and later joined PwC as a Manager in Consulting in 2010. Leo was promoted to Senior Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined AIA as a Senior Manager in Group Finance Transformation and was subsequently promoted to Associate Director. During their time at AIA, they also served as the Associate Director for Strategic Finance Initiatives. In 2020, Leo Lau joined FWD Insurance as the Assistant Vice President of Group Finance Transformation and Integration. Leo was later promoted to the role of Vice President in the same department in 2022. Overall, Leo Lau has gained extensive experience in finance and transformation roles in the insurance industry.

Leo Lau received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2008. In 2007, they also attended Michigan State University and pursued a second Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance. Later, in 2015, Leo Lau obtained a Master of Economics degree from The University of Hong Kong.
