Sarah Salvilla

Sarah Salvilla serves as the Group Chief Health Officer and Group Chief Customer and Health Officer at FWD Insurance since March 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions, including Group Vice President for Customer and Health, and Group Vice President of Health Management. Sarah has experience as a Non Executive Director at Eastern AHSN until May 2023 and held multiple directorships at Bupa from April 2011 to March 2021, focusing on global healthcare management and clinical innovations. Sarah has also contributed as a Board Director at BEI and was involved in the WHO’s "Safer Primary Care" initiative from September 2011 to December 2014. Earlier clinical experience includes serving as a doctor and surgeon with the NHS from 2006 to 2013, encompassing various medical specialties. Sarah's educational background includes an MBBS from Imperial College London, an Executive Leadership and Strategy program at London Business School, and further studies at Yale School of Management, among others.
