Xi Chen

Xi Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and finance. Currently serving as the Head of Group ESG at FWD Insurance since November 2022, Xi also contributes as a Board Member for The Global Development Incubator, focusing on social impact through strategic ventures in education, health, and livelihoods. Previous roles include Director of Climate & Sustainability Advisory at Deloitte and Director of Finance and Resources at Blue Ventures, where emphasis was placed on sustainable programs and organizational effectiveness. Additional experience encompasses senior consulting positions at PwC and Accenture, and early career work as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Xi holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
