Celine Obidol Cardonnet

Celine Obidol Cardonnet has extensive work experience in various roles related to program management, talent development, capacity management, talent acquisition, and IT recruitment. Celine currently works at FX Innovation as a Program Manager for Talent Development and Pedagogical Ecosystems. Prior to this, they worked as a Capacity Management Specialist and a Responsible for Reassignment/ Talent Acquisition Advisor at the same company. Celine also has experience as an IT recruiter and provided personalized candidate experiences. Before joining FX Innovation, Celine worked as a Coordinator for Corporate Training and Events at Corporation des maitres electriciens du Quebec and as an HR Consultant at BPI Group, where they specialized in supporting companies in workforce restructuring.
