Imad Rais

Imad Rais has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Imad currently works as a Senior IT Recruitment Manager and Scrum Master at FX Innovation, where they support companies in their digital transformation journey. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior IT Talent Recruiter at Cofomo, where they managed the full staffing cycle and deployed recruiting strategies following Scrum and Agile methodology.

Imad also has experience in the legal sector, serving as a Senior Advisor at the Corporation de Service du Barreau du Québec. Imad provided support for bar members, managed the legal employment site, and facilitated information workshops.

In addition, Imad has worked in the technology and financial sectors. Imad was a Web Designer and Scrum Master at Shopify Partners, where they implemented agile solutions and managed projects. Imad also worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at Banque Nationale du Canada, providing advisory services and handling client requests.

Earlier in their career, Imad held roles such as a Director of Banking Services at Laurentian Bank, a Financial Advisor at IG Wealth Management, an Information Technology Business Analyst at Telus, and a Customer Service Manager at BMO Financial Group.

Imad Rais has a diverse education history. Imad started their education at Collège LaSalle, Montréal, where they earned a College Degree in Financial Services and Insurance. After that, they attended HEC Montréal from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a B.Gest degree in Bachelier en gestion.

In terms of additional certifications and professional development, Imad has completed various courses and programs. Imad obtained certifications such as "Préparer la certification AWS Cloud Practitioner: Concepts avancés" and "Préparer la certification AWS Cloud Practitioner: Les bases" from LinkedIn in April 2023.
