Jihad Tahri

Jihad Tahri has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Jihad started their career as a Stagiaire Java/JEE at Bull in 2013. Later, they worked as an IT consultant at Capgemini from July 2013 to May 2015, where they participated in the development of e-commerce and documentary platforms.

In December 2015, they became a Software Engineer Lead at Capgemini, responsible for designing and implementing new features as part of a Scrum team. During this time, they also set the application architecture and prepared design documents.

From June 2016 to August 2019, Jihad worked as an ITSM Consultant at Orange Business Services au Maroc. There, they worked in a Scrum team and contributed to the design and development of ServiceNow solutions for ordering hosting platforms. Jihad'skey responsibilities included developing and maintaining service catalogs and implementing new workflows.

Most recently, since November 2019, Jihad has been working at FX Innovation as a ServiceNow Developer.

Jihad Tahri completed their education in several institutions and achieved additional certifications throughout their career. Jihad attended Lycée Ibn Zohr Ouazzane from 2006 to 2008 and obtained their Baccalauréat with a focus on sciences mathématiques A. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles d’ingénieurs, although it is not mentioned if they obtained a degree or completed a specific field of study during this period. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, Jihad studied at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes - ENSIAS, where they earned their degree in Computer Software Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Jihad Tahri has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional knowledge. In January 2018, they became a certified ServiceNow System Administrator from ServiceNow. In September 2017, they received the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from PEOPLECERT. Jihad also obtained the Scrum Master PSM1 certification from Scrum.org in March 2016. Jihad'smost recent certifications include Servicenow Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management obtained in December 2018 and Servicenow Application Developer obtained in May 2019, both from ServiceNow.
