Maxime Carrier has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Maxime currently holds the position of ServiceNow ITOM Product Lead and ServiceNow Architect & ITOM Expert at FX Innovation since September 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Partner at MCVision in 2018, where they served as a senior ITSM advisor, completing large-scale projects for major companies across North America. Maxime spent two years as the Chief Information Officer at HGC Technologies Inc. from July 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they were the owner and independent ServiceNow Consultant at MC Vision Inc. in 2015, and held the role of Senior ITSM Consultant at ITegrations Inc. from July 2012 to August 2015. Their experience also includes working as a Senior IT Consultant at Nexio from June 2006 to January 2012, a CA SDM Consultant at CA Technologies from 2006 to 2012, and an IT Analyst at Bombardier Aerospace from January 2000 to January 2004.
