Nicolas D.

Nicolas D. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Nicolas is currently the Co-Founder of N2 Help & Solutions, where they lead the N2 Collective, a group of ServiceNow Freelancers. In this role, Nicolas emphasizes mutual support, expertise, and innovation among community members.

Prior to their current position, Nicolas worked as a Business Transformation Architect at FX Innovation, starting in August 2021. Here, they played a vital role in driving digital transformation for various FX Customers. Nicolas was responsible for developing and executing roadmaps, conducting critical success factor analysis, and collaborating with architecture design experts.

From 2016 to 2021, Nicolas served as a Business Transformation Consultant at Y&N Partners. In this role, they provided advisory services to clients, assisting them in their digital transformation journeys. Their services included IT strategy development, process-centric IT organization establishment using ITIL, IT roadmap planning, platform selection, program and project management, coaching and mentoring, knowledge transfer, PMO setup, agile project management implementation, and IT governance establishment.

Prior to Y&N Partners, Nicolas worked at Eurofins as an International Project Manager from 2008 to 2016. Nicolas also gained experience as a Consultant at Logica from 2005 to 2007.

Their early career includes internships at Compit Group in 2003 and TOTAL in 2001.
