Alvaro Masa has an extensive work experience in the field of design. Alvaro started their career as a Visual Merchandiser at Gucci Group in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Alvaro then joined R/GA as a Senior Visual Designer in 2010, where they stayed until 2013. After that, they worked as a Senior Visual Designer at Code and Theory from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Alvaro became an Experiential Design Director at DDB, a position they held until 2015. Alvaro then joined Ogilvy as an Associate Creative Director in 2016 and worked there until 2018. In 2018, Alvaro had a brief stint as a Freelance Self-Employed Creative Director - Visual Design. Later in the same year, they joined FX Networks as the Director of Integrated Design and Director of Design.
Alvaro Masa completed the Art Director Program at Miami Ad School from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a BA in Advertising & PR at ESCO Granada.
