From 2002 to present, they have worked at FX Networks, starting as a Marketing Manager and progressing to Senior Vice President Advertising & Media Strategy, Multi-Platform Marketing. Prior to FX Networks, Lance worked at DIRECTV as a Marketing Manager from 1999 to 2001.
