Michael dela Cruz

Michael Dela Cruz has a diverse work experience in project management and technical operations. Michael started their career as a Training Manager at Rich Media Institute in 2005 and then worked as a Jr. Developer at RED Interactive Agency. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Almer/Blank as a Project Manager and also had the role of an Interactive Designer during the same period. In 2012, they joined mOcean as a Project Manager for a brief period. Later in 2012, they worked as a Freelance Project Manager at DLC Interactive. In 2012, they returned to Almer/Blank as a Senior Project Manager until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Sisu, Inc. In 2014, they joined FX Networks (Fox) as a Technical Project Manager and was eventually promoted to the role of Director, Technical Project Management in 2016. At FX Networks, they managed teams and oversaw technical operations, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget.
