Ryan McKnight

Ryan McKnight has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryan started their career in 1985 as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, gaining experience in ICU/CCU nursing and serving as a Navy/Marine Field Medic. After leaving the Navy in 1989, Ryan worked as a Surgical Technologist at Fresno Community Hospital/Kaiser Hospital until 2001.

In 2001, Ryan transitioned to the medical device industry, joining Zimmer as a Sales Representative. Their responsibilities included account management, inventory management, business development, and customer service. Ryan continued in this role until 2009 when they became a Full Line Sales Representative at Stryker, where they focused on account management, inventory management, and customer service/retention.

Ryan joined Pacific Medical, Inc. in 2012 as a Recon Sales Manager, responsible for business development, sales strategy, C-Suite-level negotiations, RFPs, contract negotiations, business planning, sales force quotas, mobile labs, and education curriculum. In 2016, they moved to Lima Corporate as a Regional Sales Manager, South, overseeing the identification and hiring of new distributors, setting and managing quotas, sales strategies, and educational objectives for new distributors. Ryan also handled RFPs, healthcare system pricing agreements, and negotiations.

In 2018, Ryan took on the role of Vice President/Owner at Advanced Specialty Consultants, Inc., where they focused on sustainable medical device and supply procurement solutions for surgical centers, hospitals, and physician-owned facilities.

Finally, in 2020, Ryan joined FX Shoulder USA as the Director of Business Development, where they continue to lead the expansion and creation of the brand, working closely with the CEO, Marketing Director, and Compliance Officer.

Ryan McKnight attended Fresno City College from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Ryan then enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
