Daniel Blanc

Junior Designer at FXCollaborative

Daniel is a Junior Designer at FXCollaborative, where his varied responsibilities include modeling, drafting, working out details, creating custom Revit families, and coordinating among his project team members and consultants. His experience encompasses several residential high-rise projects, as well as mixed-use, commercial, and cultural work. Daniel particularly thrives during the sketching process, not only because he loves to draw, but because it allows him to efficiently troubleshoot complex elements of design.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Daniel inherited a passion for drawing from his father and would draw on his walls as a child before he learned to speak. In fifth grade, he was excited to learn about architecture, a profession that “draws” for a living. As his study of architecture progressed at Art and Design High School, Daniel realized that this field would enable him to translate his artistic vision into spaces that help others.
