Danielle Praefke

Danielle Praefke, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at FXI since April 2022. Prior to this role, Danielle worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Manager at UNITED GILSONITE LABORATORIES INC from December 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing payroll and attendance for 200 employees. Danielle's career began at UNITED GILSONITE LABORATORIES, where contributions included roles as an Accounting Generalist and Project Coordinator for ERP implementation. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at TMG Health and office management positions at Dr. Francis R. Collura D.C. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Misericordia University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
