Jason Duregger

Jason DuRegger is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in corporate engineering and plant management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Engineering at FXI since June 2016, Jason has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Corporate Engineering and Corporate Project Manager. Previous experience includes managing a manufacturing plant at Daniel Defense, Inc. with a focus on aluminum machining and achieving significant improvements in customer delivery performance. Jason also held several management positions at WABCO from 1998 to 2014, including Plant Manager for a joint venture, where key achievements included managing safety, quality, and delivery metrics effectively. Early career experience includes a role as Manufacturing Engineering Leader at Dana Holding Corporation. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
