Tiara Damper is an experienced educational leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in special education and recreational therapy. Currently, Tiara serves as Co-Owner of Grasp N’ Grow Learning Center since March 2019 and as Assistant Principal at The Frances Xavier Warde School since August 2017. Tiara's previous experience includes roles as a Recreational Instructor with the Chicago Park District and Special Education Teacher at both Chicago Public Schools and Bellwood School District 88. Tiara's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Concordia University Chicago, a Director of Special Education Endorsement from National Louis University, and Master's Degrees in Educational Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University and Special Education from Quincy University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Illinois State University.
