Kent Melum

Kent Melum is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Finance and Strategy Manager at Fybe since April 2023, Melum previously held the position of Finance Accounting Consultant at Vaco, where significant contributions included optimizing the Order-to-Cash Process and enhancing accounts receivable to recover over $3.5 million. Notably, Melum spent over three decades at Caterpillar Inc., culminating as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Throughout various roles, Melum led initiatives for operational improvements, tax-efficient structures, and profitability analysis, driving substantial financial enhancements. Melum holds an MBA from Bradley University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
