Shannon Slakey

Shannon Slakey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shannon began their career as an Artist Management Intern at VECTOR MANAGEMENT, LLC in 2015. From there, they worked as an Assistant at Anacrusis for the majority of 2016. Later that year, they became a Music Supervision Intern at Neophonic Music and Media.

In 2017, Shannon joined Universal Pictures as an Assistant to the EVP of Film Music. Shannon held this position for two and a half years before being promoted to Project & Creative Coordinator, Film Music in July 2019. In April 2021, they further advanced their career at Universal Pictures by becoming the Manager of Film Music. Shannon left this position in August 2021 to pursue a new opportunity.

Currently, Shannon is employed at Digital Turbine as a Publisher Account Manager. Shannon joined the company in August 2021 and was recently promoted to the role of Senior Publisher Account Manager in May 2023.

Shannon Slakey attended Scottsdale Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. Shannon then pursued their higher education at Belmont University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Music Business.
