Danielle Visentin began their work experience in 2013 as an Entomology Research Assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, where they monitored orchards for pests and analyzed trap results. In 2014, they worked as a Berry Crop Research Assistant at the same company. From 2015 to 2016, Danielle held the role of Farm Maintenance Crew at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, responsible for the maintenance and irrigation of farmland. Danielle also worked as a GIS Analyst at the company from 2016 to 2017, conducting spatial analysis on native pollinator populations. In 2017, Danielle worked as a Wildlife Technician at Environment and Climate Change Canada, managing government databases for species at risk. Danielle'smost recent position is as a Senior GIS Analyst at FYBR Inc., where they perform geospatial analysis on acquired data for forest industry surveys.
Danielle Visentin began their education journey in 2011 by enrolling in Acadia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Danielle successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. Later, in 2015, Danielle attended NSCC Centre of Geographic Sciences, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems. Lastly, in 2017, they joined The University of British Columbia to pursue a Master's degree in Geomatics for Environmental Management, which they completed in 2018.
