Esther Reenders has a diverse work experience in the customer experience and hospitality industry. Esther currently serves as a Regio Manager at FYEO since May 2021. Previously, they were the Customer Experience Officer at CEO Lab / De makers van FeedbackRadar from December 2014 onwards. Before that, Esther was the Owner of GastvrijWerken, where they helped organizations improve customer satisfaction through behavior change and process optimizations. Esther also has a solid background in the international 5-star hotellerie, having worked as the Director of Operations at The Plaza Hotel, New York from August 2007 to January 2009. Esther also held various roles at the Waldorf Astoria New York, including Director of Operations - The Waldorf Towers, Assistant Director of Rooms, Director of Guest Services, and Assistant Director of Room Service. Esther started their career at the Waldorf Astoria in 2000.

Esther Reenders completed their Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management at Hogere Hotelschool Leeuwarden from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Tio College from 1994 to 1995 to study Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
