Frank Kerkhoff

Frank Kerkhoff has a diverse work experience in the field of ophthalmology and refractive surgery. Frank started their career in 2001 as an Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal surgeon at Maxima Medisch Centrum. During their tenure, they also served as the Chairman of the ophthalmology department from 2016 to 2020.

In 2011, they joined FYEO as a Refractive surgeon and later became the Medical Director and Co-owner in 2015. Frank continues to hold these positions at FYEO.

In 2022, Frank Kerkhoff joined NOG, where they hold the role of Algemeen.

Most recently, in 2023, they began working as a Fellow at World College of Refractive Surgery & Visual Sciences (WCRSVS).

Frank Kerkhoff attended Maastricht University from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained their medical doctor degree. Following this, they pursued their ophthalmology residency at Utrecht University from 1994 to 1998. In 1998-1999, they completed a vitreoretinal fellowship at Utrecht University. In 2005, they returned to Utrecht University to conduct their thesis on infectious uveitis.
