Florence Brodowski

Florence Brodowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and operational planning, demand planning, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Sales and Operational Planning Manager at Fyffes since March 2024, Florence focuses on improving purchase forecasting and stock management. Previously, Florence worked as a Demand Planner at Carl Kühne KG, where responsibilities included maintaining optimal stock levels and collaborating closely with production planning. Additional teaching roles in biology, geology, and supply chain have been held at various educational institutions. An earlier career includes positions at SGS, Ajinomoto-Omnichem, and CHANEL, where Florence developed demand planning processes and enhanced forecast accuracy.
