Juan Pablo Velasquez has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Juan Pablo is currently working as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Fyffes, where they lead the global HR team. Prior to this, they worked at Grupo Planeta as an author of the book "Rebeldes y Respetuosos". Juan Pablo also worked at 3M, where they held various roles including Global Human Resources Director for the Consumer Business and Global HR Innovation & Culture Director. Juan Pablo was also the Latam Head of HR and the HR Director for the Andean Region at 3M.
