Nawaz Dhandala has a long history of working in the technology industry. Nawaz began their career in 2010 as a Technology Evangelist at Microsoft. In 2015, they founded and became CEO of HackerBay, a developer tools company that helps companies of all sizes build software faster. In 2019, they founded and became CTO of OneUptime.com, an open-source alternative to Datadog/Newe Relic. Nawaz currently leads a 19-person engineering team at OneUptime.
Nawaz Dhandala obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 2010 and 2014. In 2013, they also attended Universidad de los Andes (CL) for the Institute of Leadership in Leadership and Economics. Additionally, they hold four certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer - Windows Store Apps from Microsoft (obtained in April 2013), Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part I from Coursera (obtained in March 2013), Microsoft Certified Professional Developer - Web from Microsoft, and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer - Windows from Microsoft.
