Aleksander Niedziolko's work experience begins in 2011 as a Project Manager for Procter & Gamble, where they completed a summer internship and delivered a plan for a major international business change effort. Aleksander then worked as a Negotiator for Jazzwaves, negotiating terms for large concert productions.

In 2012, Niedziolko joined Mobile Acuity as a Software Engineer, and in 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at IC Mobile Lab. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Software Engineer at Bemo Ltd, where they worked on estimation, development, maintenance, and testing of iOS and Android mobile applications.
